I upgraded to Hockey Clubhouse Pro, but I still see ads.

If you have sent your PayPal payment in eCheck format, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the payment to be cleared by PayPal. Once the eCheck clears your website will automatically be upgraded to the Pro version and your subscription period will begin.
