I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay with a credit card?

You don't need a PayPal account to upgrade to Hockey Clubhouse Pro. When presented with the payment page, you can just enter your credit card information on the PayPal payment page. Because recurring payments cannot be charged without a PayPal account, your subscription will automatically run out at the end of the 1 year term. You will then be able to upgrade your website again.
